Excellent service from Rob at Ipswich Tavern Street

I visited Rob at Vodafone Tavern Street Ipswich, where he dealt with my questions and help me choose the plan that was correct for me. He has always been very knowledgeable friendly and really patient with myself and the rest of my family when helping me over the years choose the correct Vodafone package is a great guy and I cannot speak highly enough about him.

The gent is was sat with totally…

The gent is was sat with totally understood what my requirements where, recommended a product better than i had and cheaper.
The whole team in the shop where very welcoming and NO hard sell, wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Very helpful Ipswich Vodafone store

I went to the Vodafone store because I wanted to talk to someone face to face about my options.
I went to the shop on Tavern Street, Ipswich. Rob listened carefully to what I needed & advised me accordingly. He explained everything very clearly & overcame my anxiety about purchasing a new phone! He is very knowledgeable & friendly.

Went into the Ipswich Vodaphone to upgrade my phone and air plan , I was served by Ben , who was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent customer service. He is an asset to Vodaphone.

Updating our phone

We needed to update an elderly I phone and Kamila at the Ipswich Vodaphone shop was brilliant
From choosing a suitable package through to the preparation and delivery of our new phone she had an extremely calm and confident manner, she is a real asset to the company
She should be thanked and congratulated on the work she is doing for Vodaphone. We will certainly look out for her again when we come to choose another phone.
