Vodafone have always been a bit rubbish. The buggy website which looks like it’s been knocked together for £100, the spammy calls and texts, the ropey app, the patchy customer service, the frankly worthless VeryMe rewards program and a host of other uselessness.
The only thing they had going for them is that you could always get a data signal. Dropouts were so rare that they’d be blink and you miss them. For any modern smartphone user this was the be all and end all.
This was because they retained 3G as a fallback position. Slower… but reliable. Now they’ve switched off the aforementioned frequency and I find myself often getting the dreaded ‘E’ symbol indicating no data signal, particularly annoying when I’m using my phone as a satnav.
Might be time to move on.

Fantastic with his job . His public relationship with customers is very good
The store manager, Aboud and the staff , Ellie are very good at the job . Their personal touch with customers is fantastic. Please don't lose them to other companies because they are both good at their job.

Really time consuming as it was understaffed and quite busy. To be fair they tried their best but customers were coming in & walking out.

10/10 Service and professionalism
Came in today desiring a new sim, and was met by a lovely tech expert Ellie. She clearly explained the ins and outs of my new contract, effectively answering any questions I had in a professional manner. Was met with a smile the whole way through. Would definitely recommend this store and especially Ellie to anyone needing an expert in customer service and their profession.
