Got fantastic service at Vodafone Kingston today. Kevin was brilliant in doing a complex change of contract. He guided us through the whole process to create 2 new contracts at a much better price.

Very bad experience
Based on my experience. Kingston Upon Thames
This branch is badly run and disgrace to vodafone name.
I contacted customer support, and I've got told to go in a branch.
I have been there twice.
I regret every minute for trying second time thinking they got better.
Regardless, what programme I will have with my phone, I will not go there again. They run this branch like gangster rude and sarcastic.
Contract come to the end of the term.
We'll consider different options.

Subbu at Kingston was amazing today
Subbu at Kingston was amazing today. I went in unsure about what I wanted, I was buying for my brother and he went through all my options, took time to showcase all phones and colours and explain the differences thoroughly, and then sat me down to talk about payments plans and best options to buy today. To say the least, I was sold!

Kevin was amazing, he really made our experience great.
