Connor just helped me with my new contract and phone. Really well informed, super helpful and a very decent person to chat to as well. Highly recommended the store and him in particular 👌.

Have been with Voda for years now and was due for an upgrade. Spoke to Serj who has been brilliant, helpful great customer service, friendly and always nice to talk with. Will stick with them as they have been brilliant. Always nice to pop in and just say hi.

Charged extra £40 because they cant set up a direct debit
Worst customer service got charged extra 40 pounds because they dont know how to set up a direct debit worst there are many better options dont use vodaphone
