Connor just helped me with my new contract and phone. Really well informed, super helpful and a very decent person to chat to as well. Highly recommended the store and him in particular 👌.

The customer service in The Leamington…
The customer service in The Leamington branch is constantly superb. I have been a Vodafone customer for 20 years and always come into the store rather than ring up customer service online.
Everyone is helpful and makes navigating the new product choices so much easier.
I recommend coming into the Leamington’s Vodafone branch everytime.

Connor was amazing !!!! Honestly, the way be read me like a book. Im so introverted but not with him. I felt so comfortable and safe to express what I wanted. I know nothin about phones but after meeting conor I feel much more knowledgeable. See Conor and gain confidence!!!

Spot on experience in this store
Spot on experience in this store, ever so helpful would not go anywhere else. Went in for help walked away with a great deal and a nice new tablet to use meeting my needs

Have been with Vodafone for a long time. Online purchasing is efficient but the personal service is how I like it and this store in leamington never fails to deliver. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable also not pushy. Recommend this to anyone.

Remote contact with the store
My elderly Mum (97 years of age), has had a real bad mobile experience recently with Sky. So with my help she has moved to Vodafone. Her nearest store is Leamington Spa. In an attempt to ensure that she gets the best experience possible,, I have tried to contact the Leamington Spa store to ensure they understand exactly why she is visiting. EXCEPT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THE ACTUAL STORE!
I live in France so cannot accompany her. Vodafone are the only mobile phone store in Leamington Spa that does NOT provide a local telephone number.
My message to Vodafone and the executives that don't seem to be able to trust their store personnel is this. Wait till your elderly relative needs help and you are trying to assist and are foiled at every turn. Maybe you will understand that the personal touch of a live human being is the best option.
SO STOP HIDING THEM AWAY behind a faceless barrier of a national number that doesn't have the facility to connect the caller to the local store!
