The staff are really friendly and welcoming. A blonde girl was helping me I didn’t catch her name but she was very patient and helpful with helping me purchase my new phone plan. Highly recommend!

Tyler and co and leatherhead
I went into Vodafone today to query my bill as it was a little high, I spoke to the assistant manager Tyler, he sat me down and explained to me that all 3 of my contracts were expiring so my discounts had expired too, he then changed my plans to save me lots of money each month, thank you Tyler and all the team at leatherhead

Friendly and helpful
I visited the Vodafone store in Leatherhead while travelling from abroad to get a VOXI SIM. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and made everything quick and easy. They explained everything clearly and helped me get set up without any hassle.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, they listened to my issues and went above and beyond to fix them. Specifically Sullivan, who not only explained the things I didn’t understand to me, but made me feel comfortable there. Would recommend!

Outstanding customer service
I had a genuinely great experience with Vodafone thanks to Sully. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made the whole process straightforward, and went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted.

My wife brought an new i phone and I then took over her old phone. Tyler did all the setting up and transfer processes required for both phones. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. For people like us that are not so tech savvy he made it all look so easy.

I went in leatherhead Vodafone to get broadband for my home. The worker who served me was called daniel.He was amazing couldnt of been anymore helpful , he was polite professional and well mannered. Explained everything to me I needed to know .
