Outstanding customer service
I had a genuinely great experience with Vodafone thanks to Sully. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made the whole process straightforward, and went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted.
Customer service like this is hard to come by these days, and Sully is a real credit to Vodafone. Thanks again for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy.

My wife brought an new i phone and I…
My wife brought an new i phone and I then took over her old phone. Tyler did all the setting up and transfer processes required for both phones. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. For people like us that are not so tech savvy he made it all look so easy.
We would highly recommend Vodafone Leatherhead

I went in leatherhead Vodafone to get broadband for my home. The worker who served me was called daniel.He was amazing couldnt of been anymore helpful , he was polite professional and well mannered. Explained everything to me I needed to know .

Superb Service and Solutions
Store opened up perfectly on time, welcomed myself when I had a tech adviser appointment. I dealt with the store manager 'Sully', I felt heard and understood, while he clearly explained the processes and next steps involved. Sully was very personable, and professional. I felt like I was being treated with an expert, with a superb friendly experience.
While my issue could not be resolved at branch due to the complexities, I felt rest assured it was being escalated with priority and precision.
Furthermore Sully assisted and provided a solution for optimising my current Vodafone plan which I am very happy with and encourages me to remain with Vodafone for longer
