The staff are really friendly and welcoming. A blonde girl was helping me I didn’t catch her name but she was very patient and helpful with helping me purchase my new phone plan. Highly recommend!

Since upgrading 10 days ago, Tech Support have not been very helpful so went back to Leatherhead store who were helpful. Let’s hope Alfie’s fix works!

Lovely customer service from the Team…
Lovely customer service from the Team in Leatherhead, I only popped into the store to buy a case and screen protector for my new phone and the staff went above and beyond, they applied the screen protector for me and were so kind!

Dear Vodafone Leatherhead team,
I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the service provided by your team, especially the manager Sully. On my recent visit to your store, I was blown away by the amazing customer service I received. Sully's warm welcome, friendly demeanor, and thorough explanations made my iPhone Data transfer (I believe you call it a tech service) an absolute breeze.
I would also like to commend the rest of the team who were equally knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and their extraordinary efforts did not go unnoticed.
Overall, I would highly recommend Vodafone Leatherhead to anyone in the market for a new phone, or any other electronics products.
