Athina, Athina, Athina! The level of service and above that care I recieved was something almost once in a lifetime. I walked into Vodafone dejected, without any confidence whatsoever just looking to charge my dead phone about 30 mins before their closing time. The team kindly allowed it and I sat down listening to Athina explain their offers in the meantime, I told her not to waste her energy as I was in a terrible position financially with a bad credit score, not the type of customer they would take on. Instead of walking away or sending me on my way, Athina did something remarkable, something that is lost on us today as a society, she took the time to care, enquiring about my issues, helping me break them down and offering me a masterclass in financial literacy and debt management within 30 minutes, she showed me her own budget template, shared breakdown of her own money management tactics and told me I could fix this. I needed this more than I can explain, such kindness and service is only going to attract customers to this establishment and I may be one very soon. Athina, I thank you for those 30 minutes before closing time when there were no customers around, you could have paid me no mind seeing as I wasnt making a commitment but you chose kindness and I will never forget it. An absolute gem of an employee, I could see you leading teams or even companies with your skills. Thank you, one human to another.

Sachin at the Liverpool Street store was excellent. Super friendly, professional, tried his best to find the best deal. Before of him I continued my contract with Vodafone and decided on getting an upgraded phone.

I have requested for move home on my…
I have requested for move home on my broadband since 10th March 2026 activate on the 30th March. No activation and said there is technical error, cancel order then reactivate on 21st April. Again no activation. Went to Vodafone Branch in Liverpool and spoke with staff they argree to upgrade my phone to unlimited but still no activation on broadband because of technical error on their side. New activation will be 12th May, again 3rd time no activation because of Technical error. Rang again and said I need a formal complaint. Manager rang and said bear with us there's a technical error still trying to solve the problem. This is no good for me, having anxiety, late with my course work. I ask for my refund of 2 months that they have charge me for service that I never received, Manager said we are still following up, I wanted to cancel this Broadband but he said he have to charge me for cancellation as I am on subscription till September. This is a joke Vodafone, bad customer service and still no broadband, still investing
