Maha and Huda helped me out so much
Maha and Huda helped me out so much. My eSIM card couldn’t work and I was very confused and stressed. They listened to me and calmly help me to get new sim with internet. I am staying in London for 5 days so now I wont have to worry about internet

Switching providers and upgrade
Decided to switch back to my old provider over ridiculous charges at EE and upgrade to a new device. Customer service was absolutely fantastic! Special thanks to Xinyi for getting me in and out, explaining everything and getting me a fantastic deal. Definitely better than the customer service I originally received a few years ago, glad to be back!!

I went to a liverpool street branch in London. My number was disconnected for some reason.
Angela was so helpful, she contacted the support team and did her best to tackle it down. I wish all staff working in Vodafone were like her.
