Looking for data plan for my student daughter…
Looking for data plan for my daughter studying in London for the school year. Jay was very helpful and provided several different options as well as pricing plans when traveling the EU. We decided to go with the £20 prepaid plan. Thank you Jay and the rest of the lower marsh team!

Sunny is a ⭐️
After having a tense experience with another worker Sunny was very useful in helping us organise a new contract after losing my partners phone. He was kind, understanding and very helpful. Absolutely fab manager! The store is lucky to have him 🙂

Public Humiliation at Vodafone Lower Marsh Store – Unacceptable Customer Service
I am shocked and disappointed by the level of service I experienced at the Vodafone store in Waterloo on 21st September 2024. I was simply trying to return my broadband equipment, as instructed by Vodafone’s email, but the store manager, Sunny, made the entire process humiliating.
He rudely accused me of lying when I provided the requested "Memorable Answer," loudly stating, "You are lying" in front of other customers seated nearby. His tone was aggressive, and instead of assisting me, he continued to argue and demand personal information, including my date of birth, in full earshot of everyone around us. This was a clear violation of my privacy, and I felt humiliated and attacked.
No one should have to go through this when dealing with a simple return. This behavior goes against basic principles of customer service and data protection. Vodafone, you need to address this immediately.
