Mahnoor and Shiv were excellent in handling my order - even upgrading my device for cheaper than quoted by the service agent over the phone last night. Personable, professional and knowledgeable - can’t fault any of my experience at all.

I'm having a problem with signals and network since one month , I went to the Stratford store Jenny helped me twice with the same problem and also I spoke with customer service on call one gentlemen helped. Now I can connect to the calls and network. Thank you for your help.

I was served by Ilayda this morning and had the most wonderful and professional experience. Everything was super quick and easy to follow. Exactly what I needed. 10/10 would recommend, thank you!

I had a very good experience at the Vodafone store in Westfield London, especially with Shivam, who was very helpful, polite, and provided excellent customer service.

I was unable to receive my new simcard and it was 4 days ever since I placed the order. I went to the Westfield Stratford Store to get a replacement simcard, and went into more issues with verification. Luckily, Hazel and I thought of an idea, and she went an extra mile to actually get me connected to the customer service representatives over the phone to get me an E-Sim, which could then be converted to a Physical Simcard in-store. The whole process took a bit longer than I expected, but at the end, Hazel was able to provide excellent support and helped me activate my new simcard as well as navigate through the mobile app to check my monthly bills and keep a track of everything. Thank you so much Hazel, I hope you keep excelling and providnig the best service!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received from your call centre.

I been a loyal Three customer for over 10 years. When I experienced issues with their network, I was advised to try Vodafone. I visited a Vodafone store and was very impressed with the staff there — their customer service was excellent, and I would highly recommend them.

However, after taking out a contract, I began experiencing service issues. As a result, I decided to return to my previous provider, Three.

When I contacted your call centre to request my PAC code, my experience was extremely frustrating. On my first call, I was on hold and speaking with an agent for over 1 hour and 40 minutes. The agent, who identified himself as “Love,” told me to contact after 4 days so I can get my PAC Code

I then called again and spent an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes explaining everything from the beginning. The second call handler was rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me promptly, she said you choice to come on Vodafone. While I was waiting, I could hear her laughing and talking with colleagues in the background, which I found very disrespectful.

Additionally, she immediately mentioned cancellation charges without properly listening to me. I had to clarify that I was still within the 14-day right to cancellation. Only after this did she finally provide my PAC code.

They lie a lots on the call when the 1st agent told me I need to wait four days 2nd agent give me on the same day I’m lost in this can someone explain?

This level of service is unacceptable. While your in-store staff are outstanding, the call centre experience was the complete opposite. If these issues are not addressed, I believe Vodafone risks losing more customers.

In contrast, when I returned to Three, I was welcomed back in a professional and respectful manner.
