I had a great experience with Zehra at Vodafone. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Zehra took the time to clearly explain all the options available to me and made sure I fully understood everything before making a decision.
Her friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out, and she went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service these days, and Zehra is a true asset to the Vodafone team.
I would highly recommend asking for Zehra if you need assistance—she genuinely cares about her customers and delivers outstanding service.

Gabriel the repair specialist in Stratford really helped me and my family out.

We were in distress as we had a phone stolen - Gabriel helped immensely in getting a ESIM and setting up my new phone with my sim. I’m so grateful after so much distress.

Ayub was also super friendly and helped us get to the right person.

I returned a phone honor magic phone after having some issues. Alhuda and Mya were really excellent and helped me change it to a pixel which is great. I would highly recommend the Stratford Westfield store! Excellent team. Many thanks!

I came into store today to buy a phone, i have been with vodafone for 15 years, this was the first time i have experienced the worst customer service from priscilla and fajar and the manager decided to disappear when there lies started unfolding about having stock within 30 mins saying it’s reserved for online order after making me wait over an hour with an elderly lady disappointed with vodafone team

Today I been to Westfield Vodafone store. However I was amazed to served by Ahmed. He is really intelligent and knowledgeable I would say.

He listened to us very considerately and took into account our issue and was able to guide us in the right direction to get the issue resolved and was able to suggest a suitable sim plan which was perfect ! Я просила помочь мне поменять адрес доставки так как не смогла сегодня получить посылку и каждый день отпрашиваться не могу с работы , объяснила что мне нужно получить по другому адресу, он сказал иди в DPD это не мы отправляем.
Я сказала что у меня нет их номеров а на почту не отвечают он все равно говорил иди туда. Я попросила пригласить старшего сотрудника он сказал что является старшим, на что я ему ответила, тогда решите пожалуйста этот вопрос , на что от пригласил другого человека ,ужасный сервис их отделения. второй парень с бейджем Ozzy начал помогать.
В целом сотрудник который принимал заявку в воскресенье был очень вежлив и приятный , все рассказал объяснил, сегодня же меня разочаровали ваши сотрудники, спасибо и парню в очках имени не запомнила , он был очень вежлив и старался помочь . Сотрудник Ozzy помог и пообещал что доставку осуществят по новому адресу как только обновиться база в течении 24 часов Максиму 48 часов сказал . Посмотрим как доставят и когда .

I walked into the store and Arib approached me straight away, I didn't have to wait, he was on the ball. Very kinda and helpful and very support. Was very patient with me to get my details together. I would highly recommend being served by Arib!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hazal saved me £1500!

I can’t thank Hazal, (Stratford Westfield branch) enough for helping me figure out a problem that the Apple genius’s couldn’t! Hazal was so patient and guided me through a number of possibilities to help resolve my issue. Hazal sat with me for 40 mins explaining in depth the issues until I was able to use my phone again.

Hazal was so friendly, and reassuring going above and beyond to help. 10/10 customer service.
