I was well looked after!
Went to Stratford branch as was looking for a better SIM deals and broadband. Was greeted by Arib who was great from beginning to the end.
He went straight to business, helped me to get the best deal, been very genuine, answered all my concerns, very detailed... Just exactly what I needed! He handled it all with attention to detail! Big up Arib!

Your staff were amazing
Your staff were amazing. I came in asked for to switch my Broadband. There was a queue, but, service was nicely ordered. Shah served me. He talked, laughed & made everything sound clear.

Outstanding Service (Meleike)
Meleike was outstanding from start to finish. She took her time explaining everything clearly before we went ahead with the upgrade and the additional SIMs. She made sure we understood all the options available and answered every question with patience and professionalism. Her customer service was excellent — she was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive to our needs. We felt well looked after throughout the entire process. Meleike is a credit to the team, and we truly appreciate the exceptional service she provided.

Arib was absolutely brilliant
Arib was absolutely brilliant. I came in with an issue and he managed to fix the issue and then was able to look at new packages for my sims and he saved me so much money. Arib is a very well seasoned and competent asset to Vodafone. Many thanks for the pleasant experience.

Best service ever at vodaphone Stratford branch. Sales Assistant Aamna was brilliant and exceptional. She took her time to explain everything. I would highly recommended this branch solely because of the warmth and service.

I had a really bad customer service…
I had a really bad customer service experience at the Vodafone Westfield store. I went in for a repair of a refurbished iphone 14 they sold me about 7 months ago. I was met with poor communication and a dismissive attitude.
They kept sending me to Apple for repairs, even though Apple clearly stated the warranty issue is Vodafone’s responsibility and that I shouldn’t be brushed off like that.
Today the guys at the front desk today at around 6pm looked like they couldn’t be bothered, and one of them practically rolled his eyes at me.
Unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful. If you value your time and money, avoid this particular branch and go elsewhere.
I rang 191 and spoke to a lovely customer services officer who was extremely helpful. She advised that Vodafone has no internal complaints procedure, so I’m leaving my review on here!
