Excellent service again from the Vodaphone store in Loughton . The main reason I stay with them in good customer service and a High Street presence . Personal service carries a lot of weight for most residents.

Customer service Loughton review
I visited the Vodafone store in Loughton and Mirza was over and beyond helpful. My query took over 2hrs and Mirza remained very professional and patient from start to finish. I wish I could say the same for the customer service team that I dealt with over the phone for the same query. The store were much more helpful.
