I managed to lock my SIM card

I managed to lock my SIM card. The BBC advice was to contact Vodaphone. The man in the Maidenhead Vodaphone shop couldn't be more helpful. He explained how I had locked it, put a new SIM card in my phone and then put me and my wife on a cheaper tariff. Wonderful service !

Friendly staff

I had a stressful day already so was a bit impatience but thankfully when I enter the store the team was so patience and welcoming towards me, the girl that help me out I believe her name was Rimza helped me through everything an even double checked if I’m all good , thank you !!:)

Fantastic staff

The most helpful, patient, polite and kind phone store and retail outlet staff that I have ever come across. Nothing was too much for them. I’d had my phone stolen and with that being the only Apple device in my home I was stuffed with no means of communication. They sorted me out quickly and efficiently and I am extremely grateful. Definitely deserve a bonus this month as they were tremendous with other elderly clients whilst so was in store. 5 stars totally deserved.👏👏👏👏👏

Jamila was so professional and friendly. she did help me and my husband a lot regarding to our devices, accounts and plans. She answered all of our questions and found solutions too. She was amazing. Thank you so much Jamila!
