Saurav was excellent

Saurav was excellent and couldn’t have done more for us when buying two phones and new plans. He was very knowledgeable on multiple phones and tailored a plan best suited to us. He went above and beyond, and all the employees in the shop were extremely friendly

Saurav and Faisel both managers helped me find a great plan that covered all my needs they explained how to set everything up and really went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied.

I saw Shahid early yesterday and was impressed by his patience in dealing with a confused pensioner. He solved my self inflicted problem, produced the solution and sent me on my way with a working phone.
