Wayne, the retail store manager, gave outstanding support. He fixed the incorrect name on my plan after two failed attempts with the call centre. He was the only one who solved it.
He listened carefully. He showed patience. He explained every requirement clearly and step by step. His guidance was clear and easy to follow.Professional. Calm. Reliable.
Wayne turned a frustrating issue into a positive experience. I highly recommend speaking with him if you need real help in store.

Great service
Went and saw Rachel to get a new phone for my son and an upgrade for my other son and she was extremely helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for also would like to put Morgan’s name out there as she was also extremely helpful explaining the difference between the tier options.
