Lydia was really helpful upgrading mine…

Lydia was really helpful upgrading mine and my husbands phone. She also set me up with a great deal on a new tablet and moved everything from my old phone to my new one.

Vodafone Merry Hill, I will served by Lydia who helped me and my hard of hearing mother. Purchase a new phone for her, she was brilliant with my mum. She explained everything calmly and clearly so she could understand. Highly recommend

Great experience

Went into vodafone to get help getting my photos back to my phone.
Lydia was so helpful and fixed this for for me straight away.
I then decided to look at some new phone options as my phone so slow and old.
Lydia made this a smooth transition for me, she moved my number over and transferred all of my data across!
I would highly recommend visiting Lydia at the Merryhill Vodafone store.

Changing from O2 to Vodafone.

Today Lydia of the Vodafone Merry Hill Branch helped me change from 02 to Vodafone and a much cheaper sim only contract. Despite a system issue, Lydia and her colleagues were able to facilitate the change and make it a smooth and successful process. Thank you.
