Broadband renewals
Before going to this shop I was considering leaving vodaphone because of the experience I had with on line customer service I received
But having gone to the shop to cancel my contract I was very surprised at the level of customer service never had before nothing was to much for the shop team especially the young woman (Catlin) who actually sorted all my problems even got me a better deal on my broadband contract many thanks Gary.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. Dealt with by Beth and she literally saved me from having a break down as I was travelling out of the country the next day and I had no phone at all. Definitely recommend
