I went into Vodafone Milton Keynes to…
I went into Vodafone Milton Keynes to upgrade my iPhone 13pro and Avril assisted me in doing this. Unfortunately, there was a problem with my old phone and I was unable to carry out the upgrade due to the problem. Avril managed to sort the problem for me which meant me returning the following day. Avril did a fantastic job in sorting this for me and did a great job in explaining everything.

Great experience, staff were very friendly, gave me all the information I required to make an informed decession, helped me compare the offeres with my existing provider's tarrif. My experience could not be any better.

Boldi - Great Service !
Boldi, super helpful. I wasn’t rushed. Was a toss-up between two phones and he made sure I could touch/feel both phones to see what felt right in the palm of my hand.explained everything. Happy with him/the shop.
Read the contract people tho, Vodafone add SecureNet and you have to opt-OUT. V underhanded from Vodafone.

Exceptional Service at Vodafone – Highly Recommend!
I recently upgraded my phone service at Vodafone, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions thoroughly, and helped me select the perfect plan and phone upgrade.
The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer. It’s clear that Vodafone’s staff are well-trained and passionate about providing excellent service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my choices and walked me through all the features of my new phone.
I left feeling confident and excited about my upgrade. I highly recommend Vodafone for anyone looking for great service and a seamless experience. Kudos to the amazing team for making this such a positive experience!

It is so bad service the signal is bad every at city centre, all my friends straggling to hear me always there is problem also the internet hung up a lot, am regret it paying all that money for bad services, I’ve got one year left I will definitely leave forever 👎🏻
