Visited the Milton Keynes store in…

Visited the Milton Keynes store in October 2023 to see my upgrade options and was served by Sal. He gave me an amazing deal and explained everything really well and has amazing customer service. Highly recommend a visit to Sal!!

Upgrade issues

Having had problems trying to upgrade to the next plan for broadband using the website and telephone, I tried explaining the situation to shop staff. on the second attempt Alex helped to diagnose the error via the tech team. my third visit to the shop ( Alex and Avril this time) has resulted in the upgrade being done. Thanks to both of then for their help in getting my problem resolved

SAL was such a Great Guy

SAL, he was such a great guy. Talkative and the positive energy is amazing! So helpful and funny, really made myself and my partner comfortable. Definitely recommend Sal helping you! Thumbs up from us.

Good care provided

Alex explained the allowances my Son would receive nd gave great advice on things I could do to ensure I didn't incur extra costs and could support him to be safe online.

The worst customer service I can ever…

The worst customer service I can ever remember !
Vodaphone are supposed to be a communications company however they seem to do everything to avoid human communication that they can. My Mother is 81 years old and does not even understand the concept of email communication and certainly not Web Chat!
I tried to set up Vodaphone broadband via the web site for her and received an email with a date that it would be installed. She waited in all that day and nobody turned up. After trying to get answers on the web chat, failing, I finally managed to actually talk to somebody. Although quite pleasant, she could offer no explanation.
We visited the Vodaphone shop in MK at which point the very disinterested shop assistant was also No Help whatsoever.
I have just spoken to a really helpful man at ZEN broadband and everything is now arranged for service provision, over the phone.
I'm disgusted that a huge company such as Vodaphone has no sense of customer service whatsoever.

Dreadful, unreliable firm

Signed up for broadband. Discovered by accident that they’d cancelled the contract (didn’t bother to tell me). Went into shop again: they had no idea what had gone wrong. Signed up again - same thing happened. I discovered a week later that they’d cancelled again without telling me. The whole saga has cost me a month and not a word of apology. Now signed with Sky - will never go near Vodafone again.

I received an amazing customer service…

I received an amazing customer service from Sal at the Vodafone CentreMK store. Very helpful and he got me an amazing deal on my upgrade. A Top Bloke he is. A very happy customer who got an A* service.
