Conor Hartley was exceptionally helpful and efficient. He fixed malware issue with our phone and also convinced us to take out a new tablet and SIM purchase and contract. Very impressive indeed.

Special shout out to Connor at the Morpeth store. Amazing customer service he is a credit to the company, I had to return the next day with ID ( my own fault) and new deal was fully set up and completed all within 10 minutes.

Jen and Connor helped my mum today

Jen and Connor helped my mum today, with her haveing a bad experience in another phone shop,

Connor helped my mum feel validated of her experience, we were both so stressed.

And both Jen and Connor had compasion and made us feel heard.

They took the time to hear us out on the problem and both offered my mum some solutions.

My mum was very upset and crying 😢 and Jen really helped to calm my mum down she is in her 70s and was conned at another phone shop which was EE and they helped with advice to navigate.

And also managed to help with some technical issues.

Jason did me a really good deal today…

Jason did me a really good deal today in the Morpeth shop. He sorted out a new 17e iPhone for me and the delivery to my house as they didn't have any in the store. All sorted very easily. Thanks Jason😊

Went into morpeth store and Jason did…

Went into morpeth store and Jason did an almost impossible job, one which had me in a dizzy, but he was amazing and got us sorted straight away, would definitely recommend

Phone upgrade & issue to be resolved

When I upgraded my phone, Alexia was very helpful throughout the whole process. She is a credit to the company.

I had to return to the shop to resolve an issue not of my making. Connor actively listened & stated he would explore the issue. He has subsequently sent evidence suggesting the issue has been resolved. First class customer service again. Would highly recommend this shop.
