Connor was absolutely amazing!

Connor was absolutely amazing. Always is. We have been going to Vodafone for years now (the best decision) and we always ask for Connor! I am very trusting of him, he is so easy to talk to & very friendly!

I came and spoke to a lovely lass…

I came and spoke to a lovely lass called Allirra who was able to help me switch my WiFi away from BT and save me alot of money in the process, many thanks and I will come when my phones are out of contract

Connor is the Agent to speak to

I hade been trying to resolve a problem I had with an upgrade of my mobile phone online through Chat, but my experience there was nothing short of appalling.
Eventually I was directed to visit a store to get my issue resolved and I went to the Morpeth store and met Connor.
At this point Connor was incredibly helpful and although he could not solve my problem in this visit he did help raise my concerns and issues through a formal complaint. As a result of this I was contacted that same evening by a manager in the complaints team who made the necessary arrangements for my concerns to be addressed and I was advised to revisit the Morpeth store the following day where my recently upgraded faulty phone could be handed in and new phone would be arranged.
I saw Connor again the following day and once again he could not have been more helpful. He quickly sorted taking my faulty phone back, cancelling the contract associated with it and then he sorted out a different phone and contract for me without any problems.
It is all too common these days to be met with indifferent and unhelpful people in the service industry and thus was so true in my dealings with agent from Vodafone via Chat, but in store Connor was an absolute pleasure to speak to and deal with.

Very professional

Megan in the Morpeth store was very helpful and knowledgeable on the the Pixel I bought. She gave me the best deal catered to my needs. Highly recommend.

Great customer service

Came in today to have a look at deals with my mum and was very satisfied with the service that I received. Connor and Alexia were very attentive and knowledgeable. Connor made sure that the deal I got was what I needed based on my data consumption. Will be back again for any other things we need! Thank you again!
