Very good experience getting my son his first contract mobile. Both Connor and Scott were extremely patient and informative. Excellent service through out. Nice to see happy staff.

My reason for going into the shop .
My reason for going into the shop was because my Broadband Contract was about to expire.
I only had to wait a few minutes to be seen and the young man who helped me was very helpful, friendly, efficient and had an extremely calming and patient manner. He went out of his way to help me sort out a new Contract and SIM and was also quietly helping his other colleague to sort out queries!
It is a great pity that they are not allowed to be named, as this young man is an asset to Vodafone and deserves to go a long way in his career.
The only reason that my review didn't give 5 stars is that I wish that Vodafone prices were a little cheaper, but as I don't want the hassle of 'shopping around', would rather have a local shop that I can pop into .

I Have always gone to Vodafone Neath store as staff are always helpful. Chris helped us renew a contract for a new phone. He had plenty of time, gave good advice and was very polite and chatty !

Karl was absolutely fantastic
Karl was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable and polite. He managed to save my partner £15 a month and was so patient with all of our questions. I cannot praise his service enough and when I look to upgrade my phone I will be returning to speak to Karl - Kate/Stacy

Cracking Customer Service
Cracking service by the team, Chris in particular. Spent more than an hour making sure that our issues were resolved while organising a busy shop and making sure that other customers were also seen.
