The salesman Taj in the Newark shop was so lovely annd very approachable , explained everything really well, and updated our monthly plan to save on our monthly direct debit . Excellent service

After telephone call twice to Vodafone…

After telephone call twice to Vodafone customer service regarding a recent upgrade couldn’t understand what I was wanting on the phone, came into the Newark Branch a lovely man called Tyler was very understanding in what we was looking for and explained to my grandad what was the best price and my grandad came out very happy with a new phone and contract

TYLER VODAFONE NEWARK

Tyler at the Vodafone store in Newark was really helpful, not pushy at all, just the service you want when looking to purchase a new phone.

Glad I visited Vodafone Newark today as…

Glad I visited Vodafone Newark today as previously not happy. But Imtiaz was amazing very happy with his service. Got my new phone and data transfer was done here. Definitely come again also refer to my friends.

The Newark branch is brilliant

The guys in the Newark branch were just brilliant - really patient and efficient. We're not great with technology but they took care of everything. I will recommend them to friends and family.

I visited your Newark shop today

I visited your Newark shop today, along with my husband. We were already to switch from Vodaphine to Lebara but Leah, who was lovely helped & fixed us up with a new sim & contract. She was very helpful, smiley & new what she was talking about. She is a great asset to your company & we will certainly deal with her again, should the opportunity arise.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Quite honestly, the staff were spectacular. I was helped by Izzy. She was clear, honest and really helped me find the best deal. She was also hilarious which helps! We didn’t manage to find the grasshopper that had arrived in the shop earlier though (it’s a long story). She is an absolute credit to your store. I didn’t know the name of the other member of staff but I could also hear how thoughtful / helpful she was being with a string of older customers.

If AJ is reading this, pay rise for Izzy please. ;-)

It’s this type of experience which keeps me going back to your store rather than getting my phones etc online. Keep up the great work and thanks.

Izzy served us and was pretty efficient and helpful with sorting out a new airtime contract and device upgrade - made the whole thing pretty simple!
