Leah and Izzy Nice to meet you!
Leah was the most helpful and cheerful member of staff.
With the help of Izzy nicetomeetypu I was guided through my options and in the end I settled on a new contract which was cheaper than my existing one and offered greater benefits. If only all customer service was a smooth and painless as being dealt with by Izzy and Leah. Thankyou for your help I will be recommending you to everyone on Facebook

Great customer service Newark on Trent
Great customer service as usual in the Newark on Trent store.
I was served by Leah who was very helpful and polite with sorting out my upgrade to a better broadband speed and she also looked at my mobile contract (without me asking) to say she thinks I could have a better deal.
Leah then showed me a few model phones that she thought I might like with similar dimensions to my current Sony phone, she was fine when I said I will think about it and research the phones and return when I have made a decision.

Hugely impressed with the help and support i received from the young lady in store after being given the run around by the Vodafone systems.
I was also supported to contact the customer services where the operative finally sorted my issue which had been going on since Feb.

Newark store - Leah
Leah was really helpful in changing my phone plan, upgrading my phone and making sure I had access to manage my son’s account too. I can highly recommend the Newark branch and especially Leah for her knowledge and friendly approach.
