Great service - again!

I've just upgraded my iPhone with the help of Jemma, who was super helpful, as always. Jemma was very approachable and professional and answered all my many questions very patiently and comprehensively. I'm delighted with the service I received and am once again a very happy customer! Oh and my iPhone is great too...!

I bought my elderly parents in as they…

I bought my elderly parents in as they were having issues with their phone. They both have dementia and can be challenging. They were greeted by Cameron who was very helpful, calm and patient. Their issue was resolved and he took time to explain what was wrong so the could understand. It was a great experience, thank you. Steve
