Terrible service at Vodafone store in…
Terrible service at Vodafone store in Newbury with store manager Selena! After not being able to activate my existing service on my new phone for 48h!
They started by doing a eSIM to eSIM and saying it could take 24hs, it did not work, new day Selena said, ''eSIM to eSIM never works..'' so they did a eSIM to SIM swap and it should be working in 2h, it didnt work! Next morning went to the store (4th time in 2 days) and Selena, was super rude, sending me home saying its been only 23hs and not to come back and talk with Toby online chat bot.. I told Selena, I can't login to my Vodafone account because I need a confirmation code, that is sent via SMS!
I have commented on the day before to some friends how badly Selena was presenting herself to the customers, not standing strait and looking at the phone while talking, and on the interactions with me, can clearly see its not only its not an educated person but also the way it talks to people like if she is talking with some homeless person..

“Tell Us Once” is a lie
Update:
I don't use Facebook or Instagram! Please make it an official complaint.
“Tell Us Once” is a lie! I switched to their landline and broadband service. 4 days since contract inception and I’m still waiting to be connected. I’ve spent hours and hours on hold and being passed around and fobbed off. Sometimes they terminated the call when I’ve eventually got through. All I get is “there’s an issue with the backend office system and the order isn’t completed”. Basically, no one has bothered to contact Openreach or Openreach have a backlog. NOT MY PROBLEM #VODAFONE. Give me what I’m paying for! Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Diabolical broadband installation…
Diabolical broadband installation service
Promised broadband by 24/9/25. Constant excuses from CS on a daily basis as to why it’s not up and running yet. Now it’s 30/9/25 and being told further review will not be until next Monday 6th October. Vodafone keep blaming Openreach, their contractors. Wish id gone elsewhere, only chose VF as was offered a good deal through Voxi. Absolute nightmare to try and get through to them and all they keep saying is ‘have a great day’…’do you need any extra help with anything’. Wish id gone with EE as I’d intended originally. This company was once an ambassador company for the UK, these days it’s a joke. I know as I worked there for 15 years in its heyday when it was a company worth being associated with.

Andrei was fantastic with helping me
Andrei was fantastic with helping me. I came in just to check some information on my account, and I left with a cheaper deal on my broadband and an insane deal for a new phone. Andrei helped me trade in my old phone and sorted everything out for me with my new one. Top tier service without being too pushy. Definitely will come back again!!!

Stay away from Vodafone broadband
Stay away from Vodafone broadband. We went with them because they were cheap and we've had endless problems with the signal and ping latency issues. When you phone...they fix it temporarily after an hour on the phone. Then a few weeks later back to bad signal. I cannot wait to leave Vodafone!
