I don’t normally leave reviews, but Chelsea at Vodafone was brilliant from start to finish. I was having a bit of a nightmare trying to sort everything out, and she was patient, friendly and genuinely wanted to help. She kept me updated, explained everything clearly without any jargon, and made the whole process far easier than I expected.
It’s rare to come across customer service like this these days, so I thought it was only right to leave a review. Chelsea is a real credit to Vodafone. Thanks again for all your help!

Kerry Northwich - 5 stars
Kerry from the Northwich branch is very professional, explains how she is going to sort out your problem and then does it, whilst we were there she had another customer waiting for her and she also politely told him how long she was going to be and apologised for keeping him waiting. She is very friendly and an excellent communicator- great asset to Vodafone!

Customer service
It was Chelsea that served us. She was really helpful and friendly. She sorted out my contract quickly and effectively. Would definitely recommend her, her customer service was perfect.

Great experience at this store
Great experience at this store. After being unable to sort a new phone and contract online and over the phone I decided to go in store. Will sorted me out with a great offer and all sorted in 20 mins! Brilliant customer service!

The Advisor (Chelsea) who helped me in store was fantastic. She listened to my frustrations and really tried her best to make sure I got the best deal to meet my needs and that i left the store happy. If it wasnt for her I would have been changing provider.

Very impressed
I have recently moved over from years with o2, to Vodafone. The lady who dealt with me, Chelsea, was very professional. She took her time to get the right deal for me!
While I was there, I also changed over my broadband as they were half the price!
