Kerry was fantastic
Kerry was fantastic, looked at all my lines and saved me lots of money while getting the new phone I wanted. Experience was soured however by Vodafone’s painfully slow and archaic internal systems, what should only have taken 20 minutes took over an hour.

Second visit to Northwich store today
Second visit to Northwich store today, to ask for help with my phone swap. What a let down!. I had to go to another phone shop for help. The two people infront of me in the Vodafone store, were now in the same store!. How ridiculous that your customers have to spends hours wait you're OWN phone store, then they have to go to another shop to get their issues sorted!.

Called in store to discuss an upgrade…
Called in store to discuss an upgrade and was greeted by 2 very helpful staff
They made me feel very at ease and were very knowledgeable
The young lady who helped me was Olivia and I cannot stress how helpful she was
I left the store with a new phone and contract

Staff was very friendly from walking in. I was looking to upgrade and Was served by Will who was very professional and helped me find the best deal.

A friendly and knowledgeable store!
Visited Vodafone Northwich to add three SIM only deals onto my account. Unfortunately I was unable to get the deal I wanted, but Chelsea and her colleague gave me some other options to look at. Chelsea was very helpful and knowledgeable and got me set up with what I needed.

Phone upgrade- Northwich store
Will was great, he listened to my preferences, made recommendations and found me a great deal. He also let my son used coloured pencils and a colouring book while we were in store, providing a great experience.

Great experience at Northwich with Will and Kerry
Having got a new phone from Northwich Vodafone, I had a problem transferring WhatsApp onto it. Will and Kerry were extremely helpful and went over and above to help me. They gave both me and my friend extra advice. I felt like nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend their knowledge and helpfulness to anyone.

Excellent service from the staff
Chelsea helped me choose a new phone and explained my plan clearly. She was informative and pleasant. Sadly, due to a WiFi failure at the store, she was unable to set up the phone or transfer data. Otherwise an excellent service.

An exemplary service from Chris
Chris provided a new sim and made all the arrangements to switch my number over as well as finding a much cheaper plan saving me around £20 a month. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. An exemplary service!

Amazing experience and a great guy
Chris in the northwich vodafone branch had been lots of help. I had been issuing an insurance claim for months and months and had been stalled by doing everything online and i wasn't getting anywhere. Once i went to the shop i had everything i needed, Chris had me in the right direction now my claim is going ahead!

Went in to find out information on my new phone how to cliam the offer, Olivia went out of her way to assist and apply with her. If she didnt know she found out. She advised she is working Saturday any issues to come back in. A credit to the Northwich store.

I popped into our local Northwich…
I popped into our local Northwich Vodaphone store as I had a major problem with my phone following an update. Even though I'm not a vodaphone customer at present Kerry spent a long time trying everything to sort it out for me. When nothing worked she took the time to back up before carrying out a factory reset.

Excellence customer service at Northwich
We went to Northwich branch today to sort out an issue and enquire about upgrading. The service we recieved from William and his colleague was excellent. The information we were given was clear, straightforward and relevant. William understood our needs and anticipated them in advising on suitable upgrades. A very pleasant experience upgrading 2 phones and an airtime plan.
