The staff at the Norwich store were the best…

The staff at the Norwich store were organised, polite, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, in particular Tay, who went above and beyond to get me the best deal. He was very supportive and patient and clearly very knowledgeable.
I have been in many Vodafone stores and I can truthfully say this is the best.

Exceptional service !!!

We went to your Norwich store this morning and was greeted by one of your excellent sales team called Austin , he directed us us to a very knowledgeable and extremely helpful sales team called Tyler , he is an absolute credit to your Norwich team, he was very patient with us indeed, so once again Tyler , thank you from Marion and Mark 👍

Amazing friendly and helpful service

Came in to the discuss my account and upgrades this morning and was out with Tay to help me.
He has been fantastic in revolving all my issues and helping me with my account so much so that I have come away with a brand new phone all within my budget and a much better deal than I could have found myself.
Amazing in store service by Tay, a huge thank you in helping me navigate these complicated contracts!

Exceptional customer care…

From the moment I was greeted at the door to the moment I left, I felt valued as a customer where creating an effective solution to my requests was important to the team. Broadband not working from 16th May and…

Broadband not working from 16th May and no one has sorted the issue. Worst customer support. We had to take cabs for work and paying £8 per day for EE wifi Already costed us £90 and maybe it goes on. Worst service ever

Excellent customer service

Jacob was exceptional, I had an old phone that had died and I was in a real muddle without it,he was so patient and knowledgeable, he was able to retrieve all contacts, pictures etc and transfer to the new phone, he listened to my requirements and recommended a couple of options and helped me to choose the right phone and plan that was right for me. Jacob is a real credit to your company.

Great service

I was served by customer assistant whose name was Adam. I am completely satisfied with professionalism and customer service provided! I got the best deal quickly and easily. I’ll definitely come again if needed and recommend to friends.

Terrible money grabbing company

Vodafone recently increased my payment significantly as they say I am out of contract. I asked to continue or renew on the lower quote. They told me there is a problem as we do not have fibre they will not be able to do that. I explained that I am on a pension and that I can't afford the sudden steep hike in price. They said all of UK would be on fibre by 2026 and suggested I go to a food bank as I said this price would reduce my ability to eat. I said that vodafone refusing to give me a contact after 40 years as a customer who has never missed a payment was terrible. They said none the less I could not renew and had to pay £36.00 a month rather than the previous £24.00 .
