Samuel @ Norwich branch was very helpful

Samuel at the Norwich branch was very helpful, informative and explained everything to me clearly. He switched me to Vodafone in record time and I walked out with a new phone. Definitely would recommend

Alan, in the Vodafone shop in Norwich , sorted the issue in no time at all after I had spent ages online to Vodafone and received a new sim but still had the same issue

The reason I visit Vodafone was because…

The reason I visit Vodafone was because the mobile service of my wife and daughter were terminated. I have no idea what was going on but it mess up my routine life because loss contact with my family.
When I visit the shop at Chantry Place shopping centre, the first staff spend 20 minutes to find out what was wrong in my account. The initial payment set up by Vodafone staff was incorrect. However, that staff didn't know how to fix it. And I was transfer to the other staff who is Mat, the technical expert in that shop. Mat is the most effective staff who knows everything. Mat spend 5 minutes to detail check my account profile and explain to me where is the problem very clear. And try to fix up by his professional knowledge and slow computer. We spend 15 minutes to fix up everything. Afterward, we phone to service hotline to reconnect my service. That was unbelievable nightmare. More than 1 hour waiting, waiting and waiting. The service hotline reconfirm everything was correct and promise to reconnect the service within 24 hours. I have no choice to accept it as the solution. For the Vodafone, even there has many staffs seems not qualified. However, the good things is you have a technical expert like Mat. He knows all the tricks to find out the root problem and fix it effectively and professionally. Mat is very polite, patient, effective and professional. I would like to give Mat 10 stars. Thank you.

Great experience

I needed help with my broadband and Tay helped me to fix my issue. He was on the phone to help team and helped me to sort out all my problems

Very helpful store

I have been to Vodafone store to get a new phone and get help to transfer my WhatsApp to new phone and Tay in store helped me to sort it all out and take his time to explain it all for me how to use the new phone. Thank you Tay and Vodafone.

Tay was absolutely fantastic

Tay was absolutely fantastic, gave us some really good advice and helped my family get 2 new phones and sorted out our contracts for us too!

Alan was superb

Alan was superb. I had issues with my watch connecting to mobile data, 3 days on chat and forums to no fix.

Alan fixed it within 30 mins and very knowledgeable. Thank you Alan.

Good service in vodaphone shop in Norwich

Alan in the Norwich shop was extremely helpful and put me a new SIM card into my new iPhone v quickly

Samuel was brilliant in reassuring me…

Samuel was brilliant in reassuring me that he could solve my never ending problem with my mobile wifi box. Samuel was friendly and knowledgeable without talking down to me. Before visiting the Norwich store I had tried to resolve my issue online, with Tobi then an agent Pooja he was absolutely terrible I was online 1hr 45 mins on Thursday 11th May from 12.20pm with no resolution to my problem, but he created another by reducing my accumulated pay as you go data on my mobile phone to half

Vodafone steals from it's customers

Vodafone steals from it's customers, both current and former.

Deliberately delaying thieves!

All over £208 they stole from me in May 2016! I have proof on my bank statements, and Vodafone don't believe it. Even though the file was downloaded from my bank via its app.

I want my £208 back you stole, or I will sue you for it in court! Is this clear enough Vodafone!?!
