New iphone problems

Just bought a new iPhone and ask how easy it is to transfer data to new phone. I got professional advice from Edward which was positive which enabled me to transfer one phone to another. On completion I found that the new phone could not make incoming or outgoing going calls. On the next visit Edward was able to identify the problem and achieve a solution. He has a very good and pleasant attitude to what he was doing. An exception member of Orpington team.

Ed from Vodafone Orpington store was great!!

We had a complicated case with multiple numbers and plans… but Edward was absolutely amazing! He made it so simple and was very helpful and enterprising to ensure we have good value, great customer service and overall very welcoming experience at the store. We will definitely recommend Ed and the Orpington store to all locals… thanks!

The amazing employees

The welcoming by Henry, was very warm and professional. We then got served by Jayden, who was extremely pleasant and thorough. He instantly put us at ease when discussing the options on the service plan. Overall, a great service by these two employees. Definitely recommend!

A Top Guy! Being not very confident in buying a…

Being not very confident in buying a new phone, I was so lucky to have such excellent help and advice from Edward.
His knowledge, proficiency and dedication to helping customers is outstanding. I cannot imagine that Vodaphone could have an employee with more expertise or diligence and with such a kind and engaging manner.

Great customer service

I had a really great experience in the shop today with Edward, who was extremely helpful, professional and gracious. He helped me and my mother with great care a friendliness, helping us both find the best deals. Edward is truly a credit to the shop and the company. Customer service of this level makes me feel happy that I’ve chosen Vodafone.
