A Top Guy! Being not very confident in buying a…

Being not very confident in buying a new phone, I was so lucky to have such excellent help and advice from Edward.
His knowledge, proficiency and dedication to helping customers is outstanding. I cannot imagine that Vodaphone could have an employee with more expertise or diligence and with such a kind and engaging manner.

Great customer service

I had a really great experience in the shop today with Edward, who was extremely helpful, professional and gracious. He helped me and my mother with great care a friendliness, helping us both find the best deals. Edward is truly a credit to the shop and the company. Customer service of this level makes me feel happy that I’ve chosen Vodafone.

I recently visited Vodafone to upgrade…

I recently visited Vodafone to upgrade my phone contract and had an excellent experience thanks to Jayden and Edward. From start to finish, both were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jayden took the time to explain all my upgrade options clearly and helped me find the best deal for my needs.

When I later returned to hand in my Samsung trade-in device, Edward went above and beyond by carefully reviewing my deal and pointing out additional promotional offers available through Samsung that I hadn’t been aware of. His attention to detail and genuine willingness to help really stood out and saved me even more money.

Both Jayden and Edward delivered amazing customer service and are a real credit to Vodafone. Highly recommend — a truly 5-star experience!

Friendly and helpful Edward!

Had a great experience recently with Edward, helping me to upgrade my phone with ease and saving money! He was friendly and helpful, explaining all of my options but understanding what I was looking for in a new contract and not just pushing extra items on me. Would definitely recommend visiting store when it comes to upgrading or wanting a new contract as it was so much simpler than online or over the phone! Thanks Edward!

Edward - excellent Customer Service

Edward was attentive, helpful and pro-active in finding the solution to a rather complex issue. He clearly understands the true term of 'customer service' and took time to explain my options, help me find ways of reducing my monthly charges and all with a smile. I can't recommend him and Orpington Vodafone highly enough.

We visited Vodafone for a broadband upgrade. Jess was so helpful in ensuring we had the best deal possible. She was patient and explained the breakdown of services and kindly wrote it all down so I would remember later. As an older person I really appreciated Jess’s calm friendly manner, she was a total professional and I left with a broadband deal at less than half the cost of my previous provider
