We have just upgraded two of our phones and our broadband. Edward was very helpful, attentive and made sure we got the best deals available. Would highly recommend him and the store.

Once again, rescued by Vodafone ( on a Sunday too!)

Had a minor problem with my basic mobile phone, which led to me missing an important text yesterday!Different staff helped me today (Ethan and Edward) but the helpful and efficient attention I received was,as,usual. delivered with great expertise and patience'

I needed to change my SIM card

I needed to change my SIM card, and Edward helped me through the whole process. He was very friendly, patient, and helpful, and explained everything clearly. The issue was resolved quickly and smoothly, and I was absolutely satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend Edward to anyone who has any problems or questions.
