Excellent Customer Service by Julia at Vodafone Redhill

I was looked after by a lady named Julia. She was so friendly and helpful and managed to save me money while keeping my existing benefits. She had to deal with 3 separate phones being myself, my son and my daughter and she was very patient with me, professional and personable. She is a credit to your organisation and was a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely customer support

Lovely customer support, Julia made sure to explain all the benefits of different contracts to me to find the one that suited my needs as I was traveling best! :) can recommend!

Great experience

Julia was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything very well and I got a great broadband deal in no time! Thanks for the great customer service and support!

Julia was an absolute star and super helpful.

I recently visited the Vodafone store in Redhill and was helped by a staff member called Julia, who was absolutely brilliant. I’d been having ongoing issues with my phone and she took the time to walk me through everything clearly and patiently. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and made the whole experience stress free.

Julia is a credit to the store, thank you for all your help!

Great customer experience

I had the most fabulous service from Julia at Redhill's Vodafone store. She upgraded 4 contracts and sorted out a new handset effortlessly and cheerfully. Anything with technology usually makes me bristle with stress, but she made the whole experience effortless and fun. We laughed so much in the 20-30 mins I was there. Great customer experience.

Dennis brilliant customer service

We had Dennis help us out, he was very chattie and his knowledge really helped me out and he gave us some good deals and his customer service was brilliant he answer the question we asked very well, he was so helpful I would 100% recommended Dennis from Vodafone in redhill

Julia (Redhill) saves the day (again)

Once again Julia from your Redhill branch was left to fix the mistakes made by others - while enquiring about a replacement phone I was due to receive, I was told over the phone that I would need to return to the store that had sent the phone off for repair because there had been a problem with the order. The problem? They had sent it to the store, and not to me - the customer. I'm convinced Vodafone would crumble without the patience and hard work of their in-store workers. I don't know what you pay them, but it's not enough!
