Excellent customer support
Jawhid, from Vodafone Richmond Upon Thames, was extremely helpful to me recently. I had lost my phone but he was able to retrieve most of the data for my new one. This took him some time, and his manner was courteous and helpful throughout. I would definitely go back to this branch and is one reason I continue to use Vodafone despite being advised to buy a phone instead.

What made my experience great was the customer service
What made my experience great was the reassurance and patience. I was told everything up front, questions were answered great and came out the store happy and with a good contract deal.
