Excellent in store service at Vodafone, rugby

Popped into store as problem with my wife's data, all on my account. Shannon was excellent, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and sorted the issue out very quickly. I now have a happy wife, that you Shannon, a credit to Vodafone

I am not a Vodafone customer and I had a problem with what three words and Google maps on my iPhone. Gemma was patient and helpful in trying to sort my problem though she could have said go to my provider she did not for which I am very grateful . Thank you.

Simon and Viktoria were so friendly, helpful and patient with my mum who was upgrading her phone. Mum has previously had a stroke and so their patience and professionalism was so much appreciated. Thank you both!

Helpful

Wiktoria was very kind and helpful with getting me the best plan possible upgrading my phone from the s23 to s25 ultra, also helped solve the problem I have with logging into my vodofone app.

Vodafone Rugby - Wiktoria is very helpful and made getting new phone and monthly contract less stressful.
She mentioned all the offers but I did not feel pushed to take it.
Very happy with the service provided.
