Great customer service

Great customer service. Our phone was sorted for persons and business like, which we had a problem with.
Both of us also had cheaper packages each month so we saved money with more GB of data.
Would recommend rugby shop.

Perfect customer service

Shannon was amazing with her customer service skills. Right person on right place- she provided amazing upgrade offer and run through whole process smoothly without any issues.
1 or even 0 stars for Vodafone management! 'Open door' policy? Over the winter? Heating inside is not enough for employees and customers because you think that more people will come if doors will be open! Find other way to bring more people into your shop!

Shannon was extremely helpful and answered all the questions that I had while setting up my new phone and plan. So pleased I came in to store. I always like to speak to a human being so this was a great experience.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, Shannon was superb, so knowledgeable and we were really confident that she was giving us the best information for our needs.

Came away with two new phones/contracts and moved over from EE.
