Owen, in-store, was first class with his service. He checked everything out and gave me the information that I requested. When I return home to the North East, and closer to my current contract end date, I shall be popping into your Stockton store to set it up. Amazing service Owen!

Scarborough store. Fantastic service.
Went into my local Vodafone store in Scarborough to get a new phone deal. Previously tried on the Vodafone app, but there was a problem with the server so I couldn't get anywhere. At the store, after a short wait I was greeted by Elle. What can I say, she was the most cheerful, pleasant, professional and helpful person you could ever wish to meet. I wanted a Pixel Pro 11 XL and the clock was ticking for an amazing 'day one' launch offer. I'm in my senior years and she patiently guided me through the whole process and got me an amazing deal. Thank you Elle !!
Ps.. I only interacted with one other member of staff, but the store was clean and tidy, had a good atmosphere and I enjoyed the whole experience.

Phone Upgrade
Tony was absolutely exceptional at both the customer service but also efficiently getting my phone upgraded. He paid attention to detail and was so patient with me making the decision.
He took time and care in setting my new phone up and making the process as less stressful as possible - Tony really is a brilliant team member of the branch

From entering the store I felt welcomed…
From entering the store I felt welcomed Tyler was the assistant helping me andy wife, he was very polite and helpful. He didn't rush us and was understanding of my wife's stand disabilities, he went through lots of options with us to find the best device for my wife nothing was to much trouble for him, I would highly recommend him and the store to anyone looking for good help and advice.

Tony was absolutely spot on
Tony was absolutely spot on. Came in with afew questions about my current phone and sim plan and went through it and was able to get me a better deal on my sim. He also was able to give me advise on when is the best time to upgrade phones
