Highly recommend!

Tom, the manager, was really helpful and knowledgable. Saved us money on our contracts. He made it a quick and seamless switch over to a new contract. Highly recommend!

Happy customer

Went in about an enquiry, made the whole purchase easy, got what I wanted there and then, left happy and confident that everything was dealt with perfectly. The staff member that served me was Tom :)

Tom and tony

Tom the manager and Tony the sales advisor was absolutely amazing at find the best product for me. They listened to my needs and found the product that would benefit me the most. I am very grateful to both members of staff.

Helpful and polite service

I was greeted by a helpful staff member who determined my needs and directed me to a helpful young lady, Emily, who made a note of my details and recommended a suitable phone.
Her perseverance when encountering slight computer difficulties was commendable as sheensured that the changeover from my old phones was carried out accurately.
100%+ Score for Emily.

Three Nice Blokes

Got seen to today by Tom, TJ and Tony. They were absolutely amazing, really helpful and friendly. Even when dealing with a difficult customer they stayed professional and extremely polite.
Just three really nice lads who were helpful and nice to be around ☺️

Sanity saved - we have reliable WiFi

Currently on holiday in a Caravan in the Reighton N/Yorkshire area. Wi-Fi available, speed is very low. Visited Vodafone Scarborough for options. April shop assistant knew exactly how to fix the issue - it is a regular problem faced by people on holiday (loads of caravan sites in the area). Purchased a Fast & portable mobile internet Vodafone 5G Mobile Hotspot on a 24-month plan reduced by £15 per month, something I can use roaming in Cyprus & at home. April the shop assistant knew exactly what would fix my problem & it has - download speeds up to 150 mbps so far. Family iPhones & grandkids iPads all connected & working great, everyone happy 😃

April my advisor was very well spoken and very knowledgeable she sorted everything out for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better advisor I would definitely recommend April to anybody that calls in the Scarborough Vodafone shop
