Esims are a nightmare
Went into meadow hall shop today upgraded phone but couldn’t make any calls, Anjum put himself out to sort the problem, long story but wife ordered eSIM on hols because of lack of signal, Anjum explained that the eSIM overrides your own sim , he sorted us and were very grateful..thank you again

Visited Vodafone Meadowhall today after my phone was stolen and needed a new one and sim swap asap . Was dealt with by a lad called Sam who was probably the most helpful and friendly salesman I’ve ever dealt with in all my years of buying phones . My mobile restored to full working order.
Today I went into the Vodafone shop,in the Meadowhall Sheffield the 17th July 26, as i had a problem with my Samsung phone.There were two staff on the doorway and both greeted me. The male member of staff said could he help. I explained that my phone was getting messages blocking its use. These two staff sorted it out straight away ,no questions ,no making me feel bad because I couldnt sort it out myself .They were a asset to the company and sorted my telephone out in 5 minutes.. I had a great experience at Vodafone thanks to Samanta. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to explain all the options clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose the best deal without any pressure. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I had an excellent experience getting my new SIM card at Vodafone, thanks to Marika. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
Marika explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood the different options before I made my decision. She made the whole process quick, easy, and completely stress-free.
