I always need help when purchasing a…

I always need help when purchasing a new phone, and Andreea assisted me with my purchase excellently.
She was very patient and helpful with my lack of knowledge and found me the perfect contract and phone with all my specifications.
Very pleasant experience and came away happy and pleased with my purchase.
Took my partner later in the week to upgrade his phone because of Andreea.

Marika was absolutely brilliant

Marika was absolutely brilliant. I had a major problem with a new device and she got me sorted out with a new one and is even sorting out the return for me on the old one. Highly recommend coming into store over talking on the phone. Brilliant service!

After having a previous bad experience…

After having a previous bad experience with another member of staff . ( couldn’t be bothered attitude. Yes, no answers . Ended with ‘ are you gonna buy it ?)
We were served by Lois , complete opposite.
Very helpful , knowledgeable and professional. Friendly manner , no pressure selling. Nothing was a problem for him .
This makes a refreshing change in the retail marketplace.
This young man should go far !

Excellent service from start to finish

Called in to see why I was unable to use my mobile abroad in Spain. I paid for the privilege.
Marika in store went above and beyond to help me. Such a lovely lady & as a bonus, we managed to resolve the issue

I had an absolutely wonderful…

I had an absolutely wonderful experience being helped by Andreea. I came in needing help with a new phone, as my old phone had viruses and I was worried about losing my information. Andreea was incredibly patient, kind, funny, and understanding throughout the whole process. She took her time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease.

She helped me choose a new phone, transferred all my data over carefully, and made sure everything was working properly before I left. She also looked into my current broadband and managed to help me get a much better deal, which I really appreciated.

It is rare to meet someone who is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring. Andreea went above and beyond for me, and I left feeling very happy and looked after. She is a credit to the store, and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help!!!

I met Ramzan today to get a new contract and upgrade previous lines

I met Ramzan today to get a new contract for my daughter, he was brilliant and gave me a great deal. He explained everything to me so I understood exactly how much I was paying and even helped explain what I was paying for my broadband. I ended up upgrading my contract aswell as I got a really good deal. I have struggled previously trying to upgrade and take out contracts but Ramzan customer service was amazing I just wish every worker was as polite, patient and professional as Ramzan.

Today I was assisted in store by a wonderful young man, Sam. He sorted my accounts out and streamlined all my payments. He treated me like a human. Ring which is often a rare thing these days.

Andreea and CJ are ace

Both Andreea and CJ were extremely patient and helpful when I had issues with placing an order online, super patient when issues came up and they both had a lovely friendly attitude about them. Helped me place my orders and had fantastic causal conversation too. Absolutely 10/10
