I have been a customer of Vodafone for quite a number of years now and it's because of the wonderful attentive staff at my local store which has led to me returning every time I'm due an upgrade.
This time it was Seana who kindly and patiently sorted out upgrades for myself and my husband and can't speak more highly of her.

I was engaged with Seana.
Seana was very patient, knowledgeable about products .
I went to Vodafone shop to purchase a device and review my plan.
She listened to my concerns and actual needs and provide the solution.
Very good experience and enjoyable.
Seana without a doubt is a valuable asset to Vodafone. 10 out of 10.

Store very busy with only 2 staff to deal with everyone but they were both very professional & acknowledged the people waiting.
Lee who was the branch manager was covering the branch due to staff shortages was very patient with the previous old customer & then dealt with my order very quickly.
I would highly recommend this branch & it’s colleagues.

Made a mistake online when ordering my…
Made a mistake online when ordering my upgrade so went into Vodaphone in South Shields to sort. Katie had the issue sorted asap and set my new phone up for me. She was so helpful and polite and nothing was a problem. Katie is an asset to Vodaphone.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT
I visited the store yesterday to trade in my old phone and bought the S26 Galaxy Samsung. Throughout my time in the store, I found Katie to be thoroughly professional, with a calm and pleasant nature.
