I made a switch from o2 to Vodafone…
I made a switch from o2 to Vodafone yesterday and my number got activated today, can you explain why I have a mobile phone plan added on my account when I never bought a phone from you, the person who attended to me let me know I’ll be charged £18 a month which I was very happy with, how can you add a mobile phone plan when I didn’t buy a phone and I agreed to pay £18 tell me why its showing £36 instead due to come out of my account in December, u wasn’t informed about this can I please get clarification , I had this done at your Southampton branch city centre

I went into this branch of Vodafone, and was served by Sam. He was calm, collective. Talked through all the options. Ending up taking a SIM upgrade. Very happy with the service.

We needed help and advice about what the best plan was for us. Kam was very helpful, informative and chatty which made it a great experience. He answered all of our questions and kept us informed with what he was doing. He was very friendly which was great and made us feel at ease. Very happy with the service.

Visited Vodafone to fix some issues with my phone and I was super happy with the help I received. Nic was fantastic, super friendly and attentive.
