Kathy at Southport store was amazing…

Kathy at Southport store was amazing and talked me through everything extremely well so that I was able to upgrade my phone knowing I had the best deal I wanted to have. I highly recommend her.

Great CRM - Highly Recommended

Popped in for some help with esim to physical sim issue. A lovely lady on left, towards rear of shop promptly asked me to join her - appologies for not noting name.
I have C-PTSD and struggle articulating myself in speech at times, especially when a little stressed at myself for not being able to do things for myself. I have multiple musculoskeletal injuries inc. fingers / hands too. Well the crux of this message is, she couldn't have been more helpful - a credit to any company she'd represent - brilliant CRM - highly recommended! Many Thanks Yx 🥳

Adele was wonderful

Adele was wonderful. Helped me with my upgrade. Immensely confident and patient with me. I went to the Apple Store in Liverpool and received nowhere near the service I received in the Southport store. Great experience from Adele!

Excellent service provided by Caleb he explained our new phone contract and even spoke to my daughter who is abroad to explain the new package. Caleb was so good really patient very knowledgeably and explained it all so clearly he is a credit to Vodafone we could not thank him enough for his excellent customer service .. star employee thank you Caleb
