Very helpful staff

Went in with a technical issue (again) and David was very helpful. He managed to fix my problem and was really friendly while helping and explained how to fix it if it's ever a problem again

Fanatic service for new customers!

As a first time customer at Vodafone the service was really accommodating even with how busy the shop was. Our sales representative, David was fantastic at explaining the plans offered and the process of signing up with Vodafone in a knowledgeable and easy to understand way. David and the overall service was also very lovely at making you feel at ease about the transition into a new plan and created a really welcoming environment!

Amazing experience

Amazing experience, held our hands through the whole process. I genuinely don’t think we would have figured it out without Gary’s help! Would definitely recommend, especially for international students.

Had a great experience at the St Andrews store! Ashleigh was absolutely fantastic addressing some technical issues I had with my phone. She was also very respectful and professional when detailing which plans would suit my requirements. Ashleigh is a great asset to your company.

Danny and David were oh so helpful in…

Danny and David were oh so helpful in advising and setting me up with not only a phone but transferring all my info from one phone to another. Not being technologically minded I am So grateful for all they did. Thank you guys..... I will recommend you to anyone who asks.

New 24 month contract

Dealing with David in the store face to face was much more preferable than speaking to a call centre or a bot.
24 month contract and details were explained clearly and very satisfied with result.

Vodafone, St Andrews.

I visited the St Andrews store today with my Mum and Daughter. My Mum’s phone was due an upgrade. We were taken care of by Danny, his service was outstanding, he couldn’t do enough for my Mum. Customer Service, knowledge and friendliness first class. Many thanks Danny!
