Jordan has been Fantastic seem less up grade world informed . I left it 3 years as afraid to go and do anything .i really do not know why having I haven’t visited sooner.

Glenn is the best

Glenn was verry helpfull, i had no clue about my contract and how it works.
Glenn explained it all to me and i managed to get a new phone, he set it up for me and transferred all my info across.

Had so much trouble with my phone.not very technical,Glenn was brilliant and knew exactly what l needed,had a 2nd visit and sorted it out completely, amazing got stay in stevenage for my phone needs .

The day my internet went.

I had an issue with my Esim not transferring to my new iphone. I am 28 years old and this was a massive issue because the internet is a necessity. I tried going to Vodafone online but they were no help and made the problem worse. I considered admitted myself into hospital because to my understanding there is free Wi-Fi and the thought of being without made me shake lol. I decided to put on my big boy pants and go to the Vodafone shop in Stevenage. I was greeted by a younger gentleman who solved my issue in less than 15 minutes. There were two people working in the store, and they were very helpful and approachable. I had a really pleasant visit.
