Stirling service
I was visiting Stirling and called in to your shop.
I knew I needed to upgrade and much prefer face to face. I find looking online overwhelming.
Susie met me with a smiling face and endless patience and knowledge
Not only did I buy a phone but changed our home WiFi from EE.
The whole experience was perfect for me.

Clunky process but excellent support staff
I was changing 4 phones to new contacts and the process was very clunky, the same process had to be repeated 4 times for some reason !!
Fortunately Matt was incredibly patient and helpful with this.

Very friendly and approachable staff that clearly understood my issues.
I am an elderly disabled customer and was treated with respect and great patience from staff member Susie making my visit a pleasant one. If I could I would have given her 10 stars.
She fully understood my needs, and explained very clearly a very confusing situation that I was dealing with.

Callum was a top class guy with…
Callum was a top class guy with admirable people skills making my son who has adhd open up and talk to him about our upcoming football trip away. Callum helped me with my SIM card issue and the other manager I can’t quite remember her name but she was very helpful too, we had a great wee chat also. I actually enjoyed my wee visit to Vodafone. Although stressed out when I got there. Top class customer service. Hope the managers meeting goes well and Rock those shorts mate. 🤝 all the very best.

Went into the store just to top up data. Caitlin was extremely helpful and reminded me that my airtime was out of contract. By the time I left caitlin had renewed my airtime contract with a very good rate.

Excellent Ambassador for Vodafone
Josh, despite me having already purchased a phone from his colleague on the weekend just before closing, kindly dedicated an extra 45 min of his time explaining what I purchased and helped me understand the new phone details. Josh was incredible! He was friendly and effecient and saved me money in the long run! The whole team were friendly and supportive, Tegan and Alexander also tagged in to help with my issue and were lovely.
