Omar was the most helpful and polite…

Omar was the most helpful and polite young man I have ever met in a Vodafone store. He went above and beyond to help me in my struggles with my old mobile phone. I would like to advise he should be a offered a bonus and promotion for his excellence customer service skills. 10/10 experience thank you for covering the broadband and three/Vodafone contract options. My phone is charging on electricity 🔌🪫 and he physically fixed my phone with his amazing persistence and skills.

Michael and the team here are always fantastic. They are friendly, the shop has a lovely atmosphere and they are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Always fix whatever the issue! Omar helped us with his specific knowledge, he was willing to go out of his ways to solve our problems struggling with both our mobile and our broadband plan.
We appreciate his help, if its not Omar helping us so efficiently we would have canceled our Vodafone contract!
Vodafone is Lucky to have him.
