Excellent Customer Service -Stroud

We visited the Vodafone store in Stroud with our 90 year old Aunt, who was looking for a replacement to her old phone. The staff were excellent and very patient and went through a number of options to suit her needs. ( phone calls and texts). They gave a lot of advice and arranged to have the telephone number carried over and also gave advice on moving the contacts over to a new phone.
Unfortunately I had trouble with the new SIM card and had to return to the store for advice the next day. We were seen by one of the original staff there, Jamie, who couldn’t do enough for us. Within five minutes he had sorted out my problem and had everything working wonderfully.
It is a credit to the shop, that you have staff there who are happy to spend time with a customer and guide them through a variety of options until the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vodafone to others and would like to thank Jamie for his excellent customer service.

Dan - Stroud

What a fantastic store and service level. I bought my new iPhone here, knowing I would want to be guided. I was not disappointed. I later could not migrate crucial email data, wasting hours of my own and utterly frustrated. Bought my phone in and Dan sorted out the problem immediately, calmly and professionally. An absolutely perfect experience, and exactly why real places work!

Very helpful and understanding

we set a deadline for when we are needing a new phone, we got all our questions answered from dan, and he was very efficient and helped us understand what we was buying and the best deals we can get which still fit within our budget.

Went to go pick up my new phone from the stroud store. Was easy and charlie (the advisor) even offered to do a full data transfer for me. Saves me the effort at least 😅

Ordered my phone then went it to…

Ordered my phone then went it to collect, which was very simple. Despite moving from Android to Apple, the advisor Charlie was a great help and offered to move all my data across for me. Definitely a big weight off my shoulders.

Exceptional customer service

Mustafa from the Stroud branch has been absolutely brilliant. He has been super patient and not only sorted me out with a new phone but transferred everything over from my old phone - I haven't had to do a thing!!! Excellent service.

Stroud Voda

After travelling to 3 vodafone stores, an apple retailer and being on the phone for 40 minutes, Charlie from the Stroud Vodafone store helped me with my issue… even when I walked in at 5:25pm and they close at 5:30. Absolute credit to you.

My partner and I renewed our phone…

My partner and I renewed our phone contracts yesterday in the Stroud High Street branch. We were looked after by Charlie who was an absolute star. He was polite and courteous and sorted us out with a contract that fitted our needs exactly. He did it quickly with consummate professionalism and absolutely no fuss. Very impressed. 10/10
