I was able to reduce my monthly…
I was able to reduce my monthly outgoings including adding another SIM card to my contract. Everything was sorted out quickly and easily and the advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Patient and understanding team.
As always the team at Sudbury provide excellent customer service. Particularly Ashley and Phoenix, nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they are so patient and explain everything. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Ash was very helpful!
I came in and spoke to Ash today. He was amazing and so helpful. He reassured me every step and explained what he was doing throughout my experience. He was an absolute star and was I was very grateful to be able to go into a store and speak to a person and get the help I needed!

Great Vodafone service
I needed to update my phone and review my contract and popped into the Vodafone shop in Sudbury. I was lucky as the shop wasn’t busy but the help I had was so useful. I saw Kurt and he gave me really good advice on which phone to go for and which plan. Nothing was too much trouble. At no point did I feel rushed into making a decision. Really good service.

Phoenix at Vodafone, Sudbury
Spoke to Phoenix who couldn't have done more to help and set my mind at ease. He dealt with my query and then, having advised that my contracts were due for renewal, managed to save me money.
Phoenix was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience.

Ashley and the team were extremely efficient and patient. Explained everything throughout as there were some issues in completing the process.
A complete and thorough demonstration of the new device with a full explanation of how the contract would work
